OVERVIEW
An innovative start up food enterprise delivering various food related products and services is looking to employ an innovative and smart Web Developer who would be maintaining and developing new and old Laravel systems, working within a team to help facilitate the development from concept to build.
You should demonstrate an ability to think outside the box and work independently without supervision
Applicants must be living in and around Tema Community 2
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the development of digital applications.
- Be responsible for the backend and front end development to meet product requirements.
- Coordinate third party contractors
- Ensure and maintain a high quality of code
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Must have working knowledge using PHP, Laravel, Google Cloud Platform – Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, App Engine Git, bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Actions
- A minimum of 4 years of Laravel development experience
- Strong and demonstrable experience building stateless APIs with Laravel
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies and writing testable code
- Good experience collaborating with cross-functional team members
- Good written and communication skills
- Experience integrating third party API
