OVERVIEW
An innovative start up food enterprise delivering various food related products and services is looking to employ a Personal Assistant who will work closely with senior management staff to provide administrative support on one-to-one basis. Play a pivotal role in helping the manager to make best use of their time with administrative and secretarial task.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitoring emails and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of the manager
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Typing ,formatting and editing reports and documents
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Draft emails and letters.
- Make travel and transport arrangements
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadline
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- A minimum of a Degree from a recognized institution
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
