OVERVIEW
A multinational FMCG company is seeking to employ an Import Executive to work with.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Keep track of shipment payments and quotas.
- Prepare documents and forms for import steps and procedures.
- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping charges and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintain a database that tracks import activities and communicate with the boss about the progress
- Process and file import documents
- Coordinate auditing of import activities
- Laisse with shipping agents to facilitate clearing of goods
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- A minimum of HND in related field
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in same field
- Strong communication and computer skills
