Our client is a leading IT and media company that provides cutting-edge solutions for various industries and sectors and is looking for a General Manager who can oversee the operations, manage projects, and lead their teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set strategic direction and goals for the company
- Develop and implement business plans, budgeting and maximize the profitability of the business
- Ensure the quality and delivery of our products and services
- Manage the financial performance and growth of the company
- Oversee performance evaluations, employee and talent development, ensuring a supportive and inclusive working environment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Streamline our business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure consistent compliance with local and international regulations and standards
- Establish KPI’s to measure the company’s performance across various departments, regularly monitor progress, and provide detailed reports to the executive team and directors.
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the company, foster a positive and productive work culture, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a recognized IT field, Business Management, Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the IT and or media
- A proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- An understanding of the IT and or media market and trends
- A creative and innovative mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Integrity, honesty and commitment to upholding ethical standards
- Should be able to interpret financial statements, analyze financial data, develop budgets and financial plans
