WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Market the company’s loan products
- Win new SME loan businesses
- Evaluate client business information
- Interview, assess and appraise requests for loan facilities
- Conduct background investigations into the character and credit worthiness of credit applicants and identify the presence of any risks.
- Recovery/ Collection of daily loan repayments from clients on the field.
- Preparation of regular reports
- Perform any other duties assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or any related field with two years relevant working experience. OR
- WASSCE with concentration in Business Studies, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or any related field with three (3) years post qualification relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Credit/ Loan Officer (Fast SME) or similar role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
- Good Marketing and Sales promotions skills
- Strong analytical skills and judgement
- Good numeracy/ accuracy skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
