Fresh graduates are needed urgently for a call centre role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls as per the company outlined by the client.
- Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the company are met
- Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Minimum of a Degree from accredited tertiary institutions
- Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Fresher with the above skills can be considered
- Applicants must reside in and around Kanda
- Applicants must be able to speak Twi and other Ghanaian languages
