Call Center Agent – Fresh Graduate Recruitment

Overview

Fresh graduates are needed urgently for a call centre role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls as per the company outlined by the client.
  2. Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
  3. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the company are met
  4. Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
  5. Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
  6. Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

  2. Call Quality to include Compliance parameters

  4. Learning ability
  5. Attendance, Log in Hours
  6. Punctuality

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Minimum of a Degree from accredited tertiary institutions
  • Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Fresher with the above skills can be considered
  • Applicants must reside in and around Kanda
  • Applicants must be able to speak Twi and other Ghanaian languages
