WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Leading and motivating a diverse team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, ICT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the technology or retail industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of technology products and services, market trends, and customer preferences.
