OVERVIEW
An innovative start up food enterprise delivering various food related products and services is looking to employ an Assistant Facility Manager to assist in managing a small portfolio of residential properties in Tema and Accra.
NOTE: APPLICANTS MUST BE LIVING IN AND AROUND TEMA COMMUNITY 2
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in collecting rents
- Prepare Tenancy agreements
- Assist in managing building renovation projects
- Lease with landlords and tenants
- Run general errands in relation to the day to day management of the portfolio of properties
- Prepare monthly reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- BSc/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
