1. WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We currently serve all areas in the Greater Accra Region. If you do need something collected or delivered from outside the indicated area, please contact us on +233 24 713 8866 or send us an email @info@deliverypartnersgh for special arrangement.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are open from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends and holidays deliveries. If you require service after 5pm, please contact us on the possibility that we have an available courier in your area that is able to meet your task at an additional charge.
3. DO YOU DO FOOD DELIVERIES?
Yes, we do! Please make sure to describe your package as a food delivery under ‘Notes’ when making a request.
4. WHY DO YOU NEED MY RECIPIENT’S CONTACT INFORMATION?
The phone number is so that our riders can call the pick-up or delivery contact directly should the need arise – it helps to get the task completed more efficiently.
5. HOW DO I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY IN ADVANCE
YES! You are able to schedule your pick-up and delivery day up to one month in advance. Customer must ensure that both the sender and the recipient parties are available on the specified pickup and delivery time and date. Note: All the pick-ups and deliveries are made on the same day, and we do not hold consignments overnight except for special cases.

7. CAN I LEAVE MY PRODUCTS WITH YOU TO DELIVERY AS AND WHEN THERE'S REQUEST?
Yes sure! We have a number of businesses that leave products with us. The business will inform us when they receive a delivery request then our riders will deliver. We even have a company from Nigeria who sends us 200-300 pieces of their products per batch. We store these products safely and deliver according to requests.
