The project is the <a href="https://jobhouse.com.gh/recruitment/jobhouse-wins-contract-outsource-workers-7-bridges-danida-project/">construction of 7 bridges and roads in northern Ghana funded by DANIDA</a> and executed by <a href="https://www.munck-asfalt.dk/72-home.html">Munck Civil Engineering</a>, a Danish firm. From the start date to December 2020, we had an average of 350 staff on various sites and managed over 900 staff.</p>
<p>The award scheme had 4 categories and 5 winners. It was presented by the HR manager, Mr. Emmanuel Darko of JobHouse <a href="https://jobhouse.com.gh/recruitment/">Ghana</a> and assisted by Valence Alna.</p>

			<p>JobHouse <a href="https://jobhouse.com.gh/recruitment/">Recruitment Agency</a>, a subsidiary of <a href="https://jobhouse.com.gh">JobHouse Services Limited</a> has won the contract to outsource workers for the 7 Bridges Danida Project in the Northern Region.</p>
<p>After years of correspondence, pre-qualification and tender offer, <a href="http://www.munck-havneoganlaeg.dk/41-home.html" target="_blank">Munck Civil Engineering</a> won the contract to execute the project. Consequently, JobHouse Recruitment Agency has signed a contract with Munck Civil Engineering to offer outsourcing services for the construction and civil engineering company.</p>
<p>The overall goal of this project is to improve the infrastructure in Northern Ghana, thereby creating a foundation for economic growth that will contribute to reducing poverty, and in general to improving living standards and regional inter-connectivity.</p>
<p>The project involves the construction of 7 bridges and the afferent roads, in three different localities in the Northern regions of Ghana. The project worth € 61 million is expected to commence on the 1<sup>st</sup> of October 2018 and the execution period will be approximately two years.</p>

<p>Under this deal, JobHouse Recruitment Agency will assume responsibility for the recruitment and management of <strong>over 300 staff</strong> including accountants, site engineers, electricians, general laborers and many more.</p>
