Mr. John Appea joined the Company in July 2003 as Deputy Manager but within ten (10) months was promoted to the position of Head Finance and Administration Department following the resignation of the then substantive Head. He has held the position to date. His job involves Finance, Accounting and Administration.

Mr. Appea holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Education. Has pursued an MBA Finance (research work in progress) Programme from the Wisconsin International University College. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, has obtain two post chartered diplomas in IFRS and Forensic Audit and has attended numerous courses in Financial Accounting, General Management and Property Management.

Before joining MMC Property Management Ltd, John had worked for over six years with other organizations such as Ayew Agyeman Turkson & Co. and Greater Accra Poultry Farmers Association. He is married with two children and enjoys reading and sightseeing.
