Mr. Daniel Tackie Tawiah Welbeck joined MMC Property Management Company in 1997 as the General Services Manager, a position he has held to date. His job mainly involves the protection and maintenance of the Company’s physical assets and related estate management duties, financing and investment.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and an MBA in Finance from the Central University College. Prior to joining the MMC Property Management Ltd, Daniel Welbeck had worked in the industry for over five (5) years with William Ofori & Co. as well as the Volta River Authority.

He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and has attended numerous courses in property and facilities management.

He is married with three children, and is an ardent lover of sports, currently serving as the Vice President of the Ghana Volley Ball Association and President of the Dansoman Keep Fit Club.
