  • Drive new business growth across B2B, B2C, B2G, and institutional clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and pitches.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closing.<\/li>\n
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.<\/li>\n
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.<\/li>\n
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to support product improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Marketing & Brand Development<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.<\/li>\n
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.<\/li>\n
    • Measure campaign performance and marketing ROI.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communication channels.<\/li>\n
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging multimedia content.<\/li>\n
    • Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n
    • Engage with relevant online communities and strengthen the company’s digital brand voice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements & Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Communications<\/strong>, or a related field.<\/li>\n
      • A background in healthcare or direct experience within the health sector is essential.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or social media management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in healthcare, technology, AI, HealthTech, or related industries<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and ability to engage healthcare stakeholders confidently.<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace<\/strong>, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
