detail-oriented, and experienced <strong><b>Accountant<\/b><\/strong> to join their Finance Department at our Head Office in Accra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Process payments, receipts, and journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audit activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong><b>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline<\/b><\/strong>from a recognized university.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of <strong><b>two (2) years\u2019 relevant work experience<\/b><\/strong>as an Accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar accounting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to
