    About the Role<\/h2>\n

    An international sales and demand generation company serving businesses across the United States, Canada and other international markets is seeking highly motivated Telesales Executives or Business Development Associates to join its growing remote sales team.<\/p>\n

    This is not a customer service role<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    You will spend your day making outbound calls to business owners, identifying potential opportunities, qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for senior sales consultants. You will be provided with the list to call, via a software to be provided by the company.<\/p>\n

    If you enjoy speaking with people, are resilient, target-driven and already have experience in outbound sales or cold calling, this could be an excellent long-term career opportunity.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business prospects.<\/li>\n
    • Introduce the company’s services professionally.<\/li>\n
    • Build rapport with decision makers.<\/li>\n
    • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.<\/li>\n
    • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate CRM records.<\/li>\n
    • Follow up with prospects where required.<\/li>\n
    • Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate effectively with the wider sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n

      Applicants must have:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Minimum one year experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, business development, appointment setting or cold calling.<\/li>\n
      • Experience selling or prospecting into international markets (especially US, UK, Canada or Australia) is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent spoken English (neutral accent or US accent preferred).<\/li>\n
      • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently from home.<\/li>\n
      • Personal laptop in good and working condition.<\/li>\n
      • Stable high-speed internet connection.<\/li>\n
      • Quiet work environment suitable for professional calls.<\/li>\n
      • Reliable electricity (backup power such as inverter, portable backup battery etc) is an advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Availability for fulltime work according to U.S. business hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
