Hotels, Serviced apartments and residential facilities have embraced the advancement in entrance solutions(access control). However these locks normally does not function fully till their end of life, due to lack of maintenance or servicing.

What You Will Do<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Greet and welcome guests that come to the office premises in a friendly & professional manner.<\/li>\n
  2. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.<\/li>\n
  3. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as per the defined procedure.<\/li>\n
  4. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.<\/li>\n
  6. Provide basic and accurate information about Repholden Technology in person and via phone\/email.<\/li>\n
  7. Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail\/deliveries\/documents .<\/li>\n
  8. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.<\/li>\n
  9. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.<\/li>\n
  10. Provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelors\u2019 degree in any related field<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of one(1) years\u2019 experience in managing a reception and customer service.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
