OVERVIEW<\/h4>\n

Your job will be to utilize inbound and outbound calls and messaging platforms to effectively engage customers to purchase the company\u2019s products and services while meeting sales targets.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments and managing
    \ntransactions.<\/li>\n
  2. Up Sell and Cross-sell products and services by identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customers needs and preferences.<\/li>\n
  3. Effectively engage with customers with accurate information for all companies under the Farming In Africa.<\/li>\n
  4. Ensure an accurate order processing, and provide information about product availability<\/li>\n
  5. Listen empathetically to customer complaints and concerns, to find a fair and a satisfactory solution.<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain a calm demeanor and a professional tone while handling difficult clients.<\/li>\n
  7. Document customer interactions and issues, in the company\u2019s customer relationship management (CRM) system<\/li>\n
  8. Stay informed about all subsidiaries company\u2019s products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and updates<\/li>\n
  9. Answer phone calls in a professional manner.<\/li>\n
  10. Persuasively engage to convert leads to hit sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • A minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or a related field<\/li>\n
    • Ability to use computer applications and CRM tool<\/li>\n
    • Ability to negotiate, convince and meet targets every month.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to work during odd hours on a shift system<\/li>\n
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • A good command of the English language, both written and spoken<\/li>\n
    • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus<\/li>\n
    • An appreciable working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work under pressure with or without supervision<\/li>\n
    • Must be available to start work immediately<\/li>\n
    • A great passion for Agriculture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
