This role will entail providing administrative support for the day-to-day operation of Garage. Successful candidates in this role will be <strong>great communicators<\/strong>, driven, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, <strong>resourceful, highly organized and able to work with limited supervision<\/strong>. You will not need to report to an office every day for this role. However, from time to time, you will be assisting Garage senior leaders in the field. Access to a well-functioning computer and internet is a must for this role<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating whatsapp groups and managing all whatsapp communications<\/li>\n<li>Converting data from whatsapp and pictures into database \/ excel \/ Piko backend<\/li>\n<li>Converting data from all handwritten forms into assigned databases<\/li>\n<li>Track adherence of staff to defined company standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with scheduling of meetings and calls<\/li>\n<li>Manage senior execs calendar<\/li>\n<li>Receive and track all inbound inquiry and support calls on behalf of Garage<\/li>\n<li>Plan all team events<\/li>\n<li>Schedule all interviews for prospective candidates<\/li>\n<li>Handle delivery and collection of company equipment to new and terminated employees<\/li>\n<li>Run errands as needed to buy company stationery or other goods requested by your degree<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency with excel, word, PowerPoint, google drive<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with data entry<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience working as an
