Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elephant\u2019s operating system for healthcare is used by public and private healthcare providers in Ghana to digitise their patient, stock billing and insurance records and connect all aspects of the healthcare system. As an Elephant Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for deploying Elephant OS in hospitals and health facilities across Ghana, training frontline healthcare workers, and providing day-to-day aftercare and technical support to facilities. This role requires frequent travel within Ghana.<\/p>\n

What You Will Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Pitching Elephant Software to a list of hospital facilities.<\/li>\n
  2. Booking appointment with key decision makers in the list of health facilities.<\/li>\n
  3. Providing daily updates verbally and writing weekly reports.<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain services to customers and prospective customers.<\/li>\n
  5. Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of our solution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • A bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent<\/li>\n
