Overview
A new online business is seeking sales executives to support the new online business. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive sales and administrative support through online research, presentations and more.
We’re looking for someone with a reliable internet connection, a laptop, tech-savvy, and sales-oriented who thrives in a remote environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Job location: Remote (Accra, Ghana)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Research a list of organizations and companies that might need our online services
- Customize and send cold emails to potential customers
- Make cold calls, follow up on proposals and convert potential leads into sales
- Assist new clients to use our online services with account creation and submission of their details.
- Handle general administrative duties
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience is not required but must demonstrate sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar etc)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
Home Office Requirements
- A computer (Windows 11 / macOS 12 or later)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Smartphone
Salary: GHC 1500 + 20% commission on sales
