Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic social media manager for our client in Ghana.
Location: Remote
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Video Editing:
- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Develop engaging, shareable content (photos, videos, captions, etc.) tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
2. Page Management & Growth:
- Manage the daily operations of all social media accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Stay updated on trends and algorithms to optimize content for maximum reach.
3. SEO & Google Ads:
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings for content and social profiles.
- Created and managed Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
4. Promotion & Advertising:
- Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns and paid advertisements to achieve business goals.
- Strategize to promote TikTok Shop and other monetization opportunities effectively.
5. Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a loyal and engaged online community.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media and ad performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights to optimize growth and engagement strategies.
