Salary: GHC 2,000 per month plus commission on sales.
Our client is a well-established designer and manufacturer of furniture and joinery solutions, serving residential, corporate, hospitality and institutional clients across West Africa. The company delivers customised furniture, interior fit-out and related project solutions for homes, offices, apartments, hotels and other facilities.
Role Overview
The Sales Executives will contribute to the company’s sales growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Promote and sell the company’s furniture and joinery products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations where required.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Keep up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Work closely with the production and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in furniture, joinery, interior design, construction, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the Accra business environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
