Overview
Our client is a reputable trading company specialising in the sales of building materials, electric vehicles and solar & energy storage solutions. The company is urgently seeking a Sales Executives (Building Materials) to join their Ghana team.
Location: Accra / Tema, Ghana (Business travel may be required)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales of building Materials/ building project equipment in the Ghana market
- Maintain a strong understanding of the building material market, popular products, pricing, and customer preferences
- Develop customer relationships, including individual buyers, corporate clients, and dealers
- Follow up sales orders throughout the entire sales process, from quotation to delivery
- Prepare sales-related documents, including sales contracts, quotations and order confirmations
- Track customer payments and support after-sales services
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
- a 25–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, project construction or other science-related disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in the building material industry in Ghana
- Solid knowledge of building material and construction projects
- Existing customer or dealer resources preferred
- Proven experience in order management and contract execution
- Familiar with basic sales documentation
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills
- Result-oriented and highly responsible

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with building material dealers, construction companies or decoration companies clients
- Knowledge of building Material valuation or project financing
- Ability to communicate in local languages (Twi / Ga)
- Ability to drive, have driving license
