Our client is a reputable trading company specialising in the sales of building materials, electric vehicles and solar & energy storage solutions. The company is urgently seeking a Sales Executive (Solar PV & Energy) to join their Ghana team.
Location: Accra, Ghana (Regional coverage required)
Job Responsibilities

Drive sales of residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV and energy storage systems across Ghana and neighboring markets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within factories, mining companies, commercial institutions, and distribution partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand market presence.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized solar PV and energy storage solutions tailored to client needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
- Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular business reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: 25–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Energy, or other science-related disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in solar PV or energy storage industry
- Solid understanding of PV modules, inverters and battery systems
- Existing customer or channel resources in Ghana or West Africa preferred
- Experience in project-based sales and contract execution
- Valid driving license and able to drive independently
- Strong communication skills and technical understanding
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial, mining or commercial power users
- Knowledge of off-grid, hybrid or microgrid systems
