Job Summary
A leading manufacturing company in the Ashanti Region is recruiting Rotary Dryer / Reactor Operators to manage drying and reactor systems within the production process. The successful candidate will ensure efficient machine operation while maintaining production quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rotary dryer and reactor equipment during production
- Maintain required temperature and processing conditions
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Conduct routine operational checks and report faults immediately
- Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding work areas
- Record operational data and production activities
- Follow all factory safety and quality control procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience operating industrial processing equipment is preferred
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to monitor equipment and respond quickly to operational issues
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work shifts and in demanding factory conditions
- Technical or vocational certification is an added advantage
