The digital distribution transformer workshop boasts one of the largest single-workshop production capacities in China and serves as a leading production base for high-efficiency, energy-saving medium- and low-voltage products, featuring state-of-the-art production equipment and automation technology.
Core Business: Providing intelligent power equipment, new energy solutions, technical consulting, and technical services; manufacturing, assembling, installing, maintaining, and selling power transformers and transformer assemblies; power transmission and distribution engineering; power supply services; and import and export of technical equipment. Market coverage includes both domestic and international markets (such as Middle East, Africa , West Asia/Central Asia, South Asia/Southeast Asia, Europe, North America/South America).
Job Responsibilities
- Market Insight and Planning: Responsible for interpreting policies, analyzing competitive landscapes, and gathering demand within the assigned regional power market (e.g., power grids, renewable energy power plants, large industrial enterprises). Develop localized development strategies.
- Channel and Customer Development: Develop and maintain partnerships with local power design institutes, engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and key clients (e.g., power grid companies, power generation groups, major electricity consumers). Establish a robust local channel network.
- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Responsible for information gathering, opportunity identification, technical exchanges, bid support, and contract negotiations for power projects within the region (e.g., equipment procurement, digital upgrades, integrated energy services), ensuring project execution.
- Brand and Relationship Management: Represent the company at local power industry conferences, exhibitions, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility; cultivate long-term positive relationships with relevant government authorities, industry bodies, and key clients.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Serve as a bridge between regional frontlines and headquarters, coordinating internal technical and product resources to support projects while providing market insights and product improvement suggestions to headquarters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering-related majors;
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language;
- At least one year of overseas business experience in the power product industry or two years of market-related work experience;
- Familiar with international trade, customs of target markets, local laws and regulations, local bidding rules and procedures, and risk management for local projects;
- Willingness to work in localised regions (Middle East, Africa, West Asia/Central Asia, South Asia/Southeast Asia, Europe, North America/South America).
