OVERVIEW

A multinational company into the production of quality and healthy biscuits is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Officer to work with.

Applicants have have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience with Quality Assurance in the food sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
Make recommendations for improvement
Create training materials and operating manuals

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Personnel
must have relevant work experience as a Quality Assurance Officer in a Food Manufacturing industry
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience of QA in the food manufacturing industry
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
