What You Will Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Provide routine maintenance for both computers and phones to ensure optimal performance
- Offer both in-person and remote IT support to customers.
- Assist with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
- Minimum qualifications: Certificate in Computer hardware technology or it equivalent.
- Proven experience as an IT support technician or specialist.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking for computers and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, as well as mobile OS.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
