A rapidly growing, high-end medical aesthetics clinic in Accra, Ghana is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and drive strategic business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, enhancing service quality, driving financial performance, and supporting the clinic’s continued expansion while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or operations role.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proximity to the workplace is key.
