Overview
A reputable MEP engineering solutions provider in Accra is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver engineering projects across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management
- Oversee procurement and site operations where required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 2+ experience in the industry
- Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage
