Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Manage social media accounts and drive audience growth and engagement
- Support website updates and ensure content remains current and relevant
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign outcomes
Requirements
- 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and online marketing strategies
- Proficiency in content creation, campaign management, and analytics tools
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
