OVERVIEW
A health and beauty company is looking to employ Customer Service Associates to work with in their offices in Accra, Kumasi & Takoradi.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Manage incoming calls
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Other duties that will be assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Minimum of first Degree in Customer Service, Communication or related field
- Must be a Female
- Must be between the ages of 18-27 years
- Must be Single
- Applicants must reside in Kumasi
- Applicants must have taken the Covid vaccine
- Applicants must be willing and available to be trained in Accra (all expenses on the company).
