OVERVIEW
Our client is a BPO rendering call center services to MTN Ghana as well as AirtelTigo and is looking to recruit 50 Customer Service Executives to be employed ASAP. They would be stationed at their MTN Business unit at Tema.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
- Salary of Ghc598 for 3-month probation period
- GHC1001 after probation
- Transportation is provided
- Other incentives are available
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.
- Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Provide process training to new team members to facilitate their levels of performance – mentor / mentee relationship.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Minimum of a Diploma from accredited tertiary institutions
- Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Fresher with above skills can be considered
- Applicants who reside in and around Tema but areas such as Spintex, Madina and Lapaz can be considered upon further engagements with the applicants.
