The company is seeking a Storekeeper to manage its store operations and ensure the proper receipt, storage, tracking and issuance of materials, furniture components, tools and other inventory items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials, supplies, tools and other stock items.
• Ensure all received items are properly documented and stored in their designated locations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Issue materials and items to authorized staff based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile quantities with inventory records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing or obsolete stock.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and properly labelled.
• Maintain records of stock receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
• Work closely with the production, project and procurement teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading and arranging materials where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• SHS certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping, warehouse or inventory-related role.
• Experience in a furniture, manufacturing, construction, retail or similar environment will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of stock control and inventory management.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and operationally strong Retail & Distribution Manager to take overall responsibility for the Company’s retail network and bulk customer operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all existing and new retail outlets are properly established, efficiently operated, adequately supplied and profitable. The role will also have end-to-end responsibility for the reliable and timely supply of petroleum products to all bulk customers, from order and supply planning through loading, transportation, delivery and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within an Oil Marketing Company or downstream petroleum business, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
