WHAT YOU WILL DO

1.  Maintain a positive and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
2. Promptly respond to customer inquiries
3. Maintaining the reception books
4. Handling check-in and out.
5. Providing information to a guest
6. Communicate with different departments to offer undisrupted survive
7. Communicate with customers across many channels
8. Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately.
9. Record keeping of customers’ interactions, transactions, and complaints.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• Minimum of HND from a recognized university
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in same role
• Must have completed National Service
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
