Job Summary
A reputable factory in the Ashanti Region is seeking Raw Material Charge Hands to coordinate and supervise the movement and supply of raw materials for production operations. The role requires individuals who can ensure smooth material flow and support production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the handling and movement of raw materials within the factory
- Ensure timely supply of materials to production units
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Maintain proper arrangement and storage of materials
- Assist with inventory checks and production records
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures
- Support supervisors in achieving production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in factory operations, warehouse support, or material handling
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and capable of handling industrial tasks
- Basic record-keeping ability is an advantage
- Team player with a positive work attitude
