About the Role
A leading industrial processing company is seeking experienced Front-End Loader (FEL) and Forklift Operators to support material handling operations at a modern production facility in Drobonso.
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth movement of raw materials and finished products across the plant, directly supporting continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loader (FEL) to move and stack materials
- Operate forklift for internal material handling and logistics
- Feed raw materials into production lines as directed
- Transport finished products to storage areas
- Support offloading of incoming materials and deliveries
- Conduct daily equipment inspections (fluids, hydraulics, tyres, safety systems)
- Report faults promptly to maintenance team
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Support general production operations when required
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (FEL/forklift certification is required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating heavy equipment (FEL essential)
- Ability to safely operate both FEL and forklift
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial conditions (dust, heat, noise)
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and able to work independently or in a team
- Basic education (WASSCE preferred but not mandatory with experience)
Location: Drobonso, Ashanti Region (Accommodation available)
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Shift Structure: Rotating 8-hour shifts (Day / Afternoon / Night)
