Overview
Our client specializes in Plaster, Drywall (Gypsum Board), and Construction Chemicals.
They are seeking a long-term team member who can help them establish and expand their market presence across Ghana and Western Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Promote and represent our products effectively to targeted markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to enter and grow in new markets, especially across Ghana and other Western African countries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development in the construction materials industry (preferred) or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in Ghana and Western Africa.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Character Traits:
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
Other:
- Availability for travel within Ghana and Western Africa as required.
