What You Will Do

  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
  2. Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  3. Provide routine maintenance for both computers and phones to ensure optimal performance
  4. Offer both in-person and remote IT support to customers.
  5. Assist with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting when needed.
  6. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum qualifications: Certificate in Computer hardware technology or it equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an IT support technician or specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking for computers and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, as well as mobile OS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
