Call Center Agents are needed urgently at a reputable company.
Age range: 20 – 25 years

What You Will Do
- This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls as per the company outlined by the client.
- Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the company are met
- Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

Require Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of a Degree from accredited tertiary institutions
- Must have 3-5 years of working experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
