A Courier service company located at spintex is seeking to employ a Customer Care Coordinator.
What you will do:
- Assist customers with delivery orders via phone.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as new orders or changes to existing orders.
- Research customer issues and work with other team members to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
- Work closely with and maintain an open line of communication with dispatch staff and other team members to meet customer expectations and address customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide internal team with customer feedback to improve customer experience.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Provide individualized customer service of high-standard professional level.
- Build the interest of customers in the services offered by the organization as appropriate.
- Assist Dispatch Manager with various reporting and administrative functions as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during peak hours.
- Assist dispatch by providing updates to customers regarding ETA or notification of late delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a call center customer service atmosphere.
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- Should have multitasking Skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel especially)
- should be very good in typing
- know Accra very well/ ability to know various locations in Accra
- Should be slow to anger
- Should have strong customer service skills
- should speak English and Twi very well
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Should stay around Spintex/East Legon/Teshie/Nungua
- Previous knowledge/experience in the delivery, transportation and courier sector a plus.
