A reputable company is seeking to employ a Business Development Executive – Sales and Marketing located in Kumasi.

Job Description

• Developing Sales/Marketing growth strategies and plans
• Increasing customer base by developing existing and attracting new customers
• Managing Sales team for achieving weekly sales target
• Identifying and mapping business (sales) strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Submitting regular report on successes and areas needing improvements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have a degree or at least HND or Professional Certificate in Sales/marketing, Business management, economics or related field
• At least three (3) years of active work in development of Sales/marketing for food products
• Must be creative, have the flair for accomplishing the responsibilities and read to work with existing company structures
• Energetic and with determination to use existing structure to exceed targets
• Must have a verifiable testimonial and references
• Must have adequate experience in driving
• Should have a good knowledge in digital marketing (Social media, online, software, etc)
