- Heat Load Calculation, Prepare Tender / techno-commercial offer,
- Generate sales enquiries, submit techno-commercial offer, follow up & closing the sale, advance payment collection
- Ability to build relations with consultants & architects to generate new business
- Appoint and develop new dealers & contractors
- Find & develop good suppliers / vendors for installation materials
- Market mapping and identifying new business segments / avenues.
- Co-ordinate with Planning / Designing team for preparation of initial drawing
Required Skills or Experience
- Bsc. Tech / Bsc. Engineering – Mechanical/Refrigeration & Air conditioning
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably in HVAC / Air conditioning
- Should have experience in Technical / Projects sales in HVAC industry preferably in VRF & Ducted systems
- Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project
- Good communication & presentation skills
