Successful candidates shall teach at graduate and undergraduate levels as well as on other certificate courses at the School of Public Service and Governance.
Required Areas of Specialization
Successful candidates shall report to the School of Public Service and Governance.
The appointments would be made at Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Professorial levels for teaching and research depending on achievements and experience of the successful candidates.
Qualification and Experience
Preferably a PhD degree from a reputable University
Non Ph.D holders must show compelling evidence of at least two of the following:
- Research aptitude;
- Potential to enrol in a reputable PhD Programme;
- Effective teaching and contribution to pedagogy;
- Substantial working experience in the field applied for.
Terms of Appointment
The successful candidate shall hold office for a term of three (3) years in the first instance and may be re-appointed for further terms of three years each, subject to satisfactory performance.
