- Manages and motivates the Front Office team
- Establishes a high standard of service for customers
- Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues with professionalism
- Oversees and supervises guest arrivals and departures to assure guest satisfaction and feedback
- Provides high level of customer service and maintains a high profile in the day-to-day front office operations
- Ensures that housekeeping duties are well delivered and inspects everyday rooms
- Supervises the management of debtors, group and individual guest invoicing and cash operations
- Ensures guests laundry are properly done and on time
- Synchronizes all operations to a smooth and professional delivery to guests
- Reviews arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests
- Ensures team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events ?
- Supervises restaurant daily activities by coordinating staff to serve food orders on time and keep restaurant and bar in order and well arranged
- Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front office, but foremost be able to discipline, train staff as well as supervising for a good service delivery with professionalism.
